SH 52 Drainage Project
Zak Dirt installed a 60” drainage pipe along the side of SH 52 from the I-76 intersection down to the South Platte River.

Boston Avenue
Zak Dirt will construct a new box culvert in Spring Gulch and a concrete paved road from Boston and Main to Martin Street.

SH6 Emergency Bridge Repairs
Repair failed culvert on SH6 over an irrigation canal.

SH 66 Floodway Repairs: Hwy 66/WCR 17
Zak Dirt will be completing work on Highway 66 for CDOT to include planing and overlay, culvert replacements, roadway drainage improvements, wetland mitigation, and riprap installation/bank stabilization on the St. Vrain River.

WWTP Solids Drying Pad: 6501 WCR 26
Zak Dirt is building an asphalt pad used to dry out solid waste at the St. Vrain Sanitation District Waste Water Treatment Plant. Zak will also install 2 light poles, 2 concrete bollards, road base driveway, and a retaining wall.

Boulder/Larimer Irrigation Ditch
Zak was contracted to rebuild 257 feet of the Boulder/Larimer Irrigation Ditch. Located on the Little Thompson river, the project includes the construction of a 257’ long by 7.5’ tall precast concrete wall, structure backfill and embankment.

North College Ave. Improvements – Conifer to Willox
This project is the last phase of the City of Fort Collins’ improvements to North College Avenue north of downtown. Major aspects of the job include a small expansion to the road, installation of storm water drainage systems, sidewalks, and an aesthetic package including landscaping and public art displays. Zak Dirt will spend the coming winter installing the storm water lines and the summer of 2015 working on concrete and asphalt paving.

North Poudre Reservoir #4 Dam Reconstruction
Zak Dirt, Inc. will remove existing outlet works, install new outlet pipe, toe drain system, measuring weir, and gate tower. The existing dam will be raised to prevent flooding to adjacent private property. Zak will also construct a new spillway channel and walls.

Arthur's Ditch Replacement
Zak Dirt will replace portions of the Arthurs ditch box culvert across Mountain Ave and Myrtle Street. The project will consist of the demolition of existing box, installation of new box, and the replacement of existing intersection.

84th Ave over I-25 Bridge Replacement
Replace the existing structure that was originally built in 1959. The new bridge will be wider to accommodate an additional turn lane from eastbound 84th Ave to northbound I-25. In addition there will be 10-foot wide sidewalks on each side of the bridge to improve pedestrian and bicycle safety.
